Homepages and forms
We use cookies at our home pages for optimal functionality. We use the cookies to generate visitor statistics for different parts of the site. No information is stored for the purpose of marketing. More information on the cookies we use can be found here.
We save the information that is provided to us in different forms. In addition to the provided information we may also store time stamp and the submitter's IP address.
Clients and suppliers
Paventia stores and process personal information to help current and potential clients and suppliers closing consulting contracts. We save data such as contact information, consulting needs and consulting delivery capabilities. We may also save email correspondence and information on email open/click actions.
We rely on our legitimate interest to enable consulting contracting as the lawful basis by which we collect and use such personal data.
Registration and Job Opening Mailing Lists
Consulting companies and independent consultants/freelancers can register profiles and upload CVs to our systems. We will match registered information towards new Job Opening requirements and may contact them regarding a specific Job Opening by phone/SMS/email. Registered companies/consultants/freelancers can also subscribe to our Mailing List for new Job Openings. The Mailing List is dynamic, Job Opening emails we send are filtered to match the registered profiles. We rely on consents for the data handling of the submitted personal information and the subscriptions as the lawful basis.
Applications
When we receive applications for a Job Opening via our web form or by email, the applicants/the submitters grant that the information given is correct and does not violate third party rights or causes damages. If Candidates are not submitted by themselves, the submitters grant that consent has been received from the Candidates for the applications and the confirmations of the Privacy Policy.
We register profiles and process the applications towards the specific Job Opening as well as other similar Job Openings. The lawful basis for the processing is the applicants'/submitter's' intention to enter into a contract agreement with us.
We may contact Candidates who did not submit their applications themselves directly to obtain their agreement to our privacy handling.
Disclosure of information and presentation of Candidates for Clients
We only share personal information with those who really need it in order to perform their tasks and duties. We pass information to our service providers, their sub-processors, and the third-party integrations enabled by us, who use the information only in accordance with our instructions and as otherwise required by law.
We treat personal information confidential, no information is presented to our clients without a separate consent. The consent for presentation to client is valid for processing and storage at Paventia and at the Client / systems used by the Client. The lawful basis is consent.
Storage of data
Personal information registered in conjunction with an application will be stored at least 6 months from the job opening closure. We are reviewing and erasing such data at least once per annum, data will not be stored longer than 12 months.
When we have a consent for data handling in accordance with this policy, we will erase the information when we consider it outdated or when consent is revoked.
Some information may be kept longer if necessary in order to comply with rules and regulations such as the Book keeping Act.
Security
We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent submitted personal data from being accidentally lost, used, accessed in an unauthorized way, altered, or disclosed. In case of a security breach, we will notify data subjects and any applicable regulator where we are legally required to do so.
The Data Subject's rights
The Data Subject has rights to get access to registered information, to get it corrected and in certain cases erased. The Data Subject has also rights to get information on the purpose for the information gathering and can limit how the information is processed. In certain cases, objection can be made how the data is used, including the use of automated decision making. There are also rights to transfer information into other systems and to complain about our handling with Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection. Updates and amendments
This Privacy Policy may be changed or altered any time. The latest changes were made on 2023-04-26.
